Little Miss Korea's new ventures
The team at Little Miss Korea (LMK) have been busy planning the opening of a new bar and a pop-up at Darwin Festival.

The new hole-in-the-wall bar, The Loading Bay, will be a cosy venue channelling vibes from Melbourne city streets.
Owner Sam Lee says there will be a great selection of boutique beers, cocktails and a range of spirits on the menu – plus some delicious LMK tasty treats.
“Darwin’s not all about beer and burgers and crocodile – we’re pretty trendy as well,” she says.
“It will have a funky little bar menu – very Asian orientated.”
The Loading Bay will be attached to the existing LMK restaurant in the graffitied Austin Lane in Darwin.
“Once the roller door goes up we’re open and there will be a glass door to enter – when you’re sitting inside you’ll be able to look out on to the street,” Lee says.
“It’s just a small bar. When you go to other capital cities there are not as many big bars anymore, that’s why we wanted to do something similar in Darwin.”
LMK will also bring their tasty treats to the Spiegeltent at Darwin Festival for revellers to have a feed pre or post show.
“It’s our first year with the Festival and being on the Esplanade on a Dry season night sounds pretty good to us,” Lee says.
“I think everyone is going to be relaxed and excited about watching a magnificent show.
“Chung Jae Lee, our chef, will have dumplings, Banh Mi and lots of other treats up his sleeve.”
