How to make the Best Dumplings
Dumplings...mmm...dumplings. Hosted by Danny Yeum of Roast & Noodles 328 fame – Darwin’s best Hong Kong style smoked meats – this workshop will get you educated about the different types of the humble dumpling and their origins. As the saying goes, the way to a person’s heart is through your dumpling recipe. Increase the net happiness of your friends and family by learning how to make the ultimate comfort food at home, including soup and steam based cooking techniques.
