Shock & Ore - Tennant Creek Brio

SHOCK & ORE is an exhibition featuring the Tennant Creek Brio. The Brio’s art conveys the complexities of life in Tennant particularly the "shock of the new" and on-going impact of colonisation. Resonant with past and present histories, the Brio’s signature creole of eclectic motifs and archetypes on canvas and discarded debris exorcises wounds of intervention. The work rocks with its outsider edge and promises to shock and evoke awe in audiences.
