On Tour with Artback NT - The Package
A PLAY EXPLORING THE LIFE, death, love and loss will make it’s way through the Territory this month.
The Package shares the story of an elderly woman who finds herself inundated with boxes full of memories.
The non-verbal puppet show features physical theatre, animation and an original music score, aimed to spark some magic in audiences of all ages.
ArtbackNT's Performing Arts Manager Liz Rogers says the play, created by Alice Springs-based group Packed Theatre, will speak to a diverse audiences.
“We’re excited to take this play to lots of places where there won’t be a language barrier,” she says.
“It’s also going to be wonderful to engage with some of the older demographics. It’s a really unique play for what’s normally seen in the Territory.”
