Off The Leash Cocktail
We've teamed up with Dom's Bar & Lounge on a special Off The Leash cocktail to celebrate 2023, which features on their Cocktail of the Month menu throughout December.
Curated by Bar Manager and mix master Beau Chirgwin-Schmidt, it celebrates the Territory, with tropical mango flavours from the Top End and hot chilli to represent the heat of the desert. Head into Dom's and give it a try or mix one up yourself at home. It's the perfect concoction this festive season.
Make your own Tropical Desert
Rim a short glass with all‑spice and rock salt. Pour 45ml of Speargrass Vodka, 20ml chilli-infused sugar syrup, 25ml mango nectar, 10ml lime juice. Top with ice, a dash of soda water, and garnish with a burnt chilli. Enjoy!
