School Holidays are here again!

Can you believe school’s out again? There’s just one term left before Christmas is here – yikes! We’ve got some hot tips on how to keep the kids entertained these school holidays. 

Go for a Dip

The kids can don the togs, bathers or swimmers and take a chill pill. But don’t forget your sunscreen!

Leanyer Recreation Park and Palmerston Water Park are your one-stop-shops for fun. They’ve got swimming pools, splash parks and water slides that are 14m tall and over 100m long. 

Kids had enough of the water? No worries – Leanyer also has a basketball court, skate park and cycling path, and Palmerston has a skate park and a wet play area for teens with water cannons and bucket. Make a day of it and take advantage of the shaded barbecue and picnic areas.

Darwin Waterfront

The Waterfront is running free family activities every weekday from 10am-12pm. Enjoy a spot of lunch afterwards and pack a picnic or check out nearby eateries.
