Weaving Wicker Basketry

In this one-day workshop Fiona Gavino teaches the technique of plaiting using watercolour paper that has been tinted using earth pigments. You will learn the process of preparing the paper, and how to make a four corner basket combining the contemporary medium of paper and traditional materials such as rattan.
