Tropical Strength

18<30 presents Tropical Strength, a series of vignettes that are, between them, joyful, thought provoking, dark and uplifting. The narrative responds to our NT-close-to-the-equator context, and says anything is [boundless] possible.

Created and presented by Corrugated Iron’s 18<30 Ensemble for 2019 Darwin Fringe, 18<30 have created a new work that reflects the players diversity. This means the resulting presentation has a variety of shapes and sizes in terms of content – short scenes, skits, movement pieces, monologues – all interwoven with a narrative themed around the title Tropical Strength.

The 18<30 Ensemble is a dynamic group of early career artists, young creatives, and teaching artists.
