"My nan is a Yamatji and Noongar Woman from wildflower and desert country in WA. Growing up, Nan shared stories of her childhood as a member of the stolen generation. At age six, she was stolen from her family and taken to Tardun Mission. She tells stories of trying to escape and challenges she had growing up. At 16, she was able to leave and learnt to read and write, dedicating her life to helping children and families. This show visually explores her memories."
